Our client is a leader in the UK and Internationally in the supply of Livestock Supplements. Their products are instantantly recognised with livestock farmers as high value, effective solutions to liveweight gain and added value livestock nutrition.

They currently have a development strategy for increased growth over the next 5 years and need a number of  bright, enthusistic,high work ethis Graduates. You will note they are offering an exceellent starting package of Basic c £24k + company Car out of pocket expenses and all the equipment + Training to help you and the client achive their objectives.

The inital training period will include an in house induction programme, followed by an intensive period calling on farm, establishing needs and perfecting your interpersonal skills whilst talking with farmers. You will be supported by a Regional Sales Manager who will monitor and mentor your activity, including accompaniment in farm calls to demonstrate and perfect your skills.During this period you will be accessed on your ability to follow company objectives and KPIs whilst developing  managmenet skills to become part of their on farm Dairy Specialists, or part of their future International Development programme.

Currently opportunities exsist in Central England, Northern  Ireland and the Republic of Ireland as such we have an open mind on your current location providing you are felxible and prepared to re-locate to Central UK or any of the other locations.
