Together, NFU Mutual, one of the UK’s leading general insurance and financial services companies, and the National Farmers’Union, the UK’s largest farming organisation, are holding a recruitment open day to find two talented individuals to represent them in their local Bury office.
Senior Account Executive
c. £35,000 + benefits (Ref: 0553/12/01)
What makes this opportunity so different? For one, there are two sides to your role. Firstly, you’ll head up the Bury office,managing a team of sales, administrative and support staff. The second part of the role will see you act as the local NFU Group Secretary, championing British farming in your region. Sharing our passion for rural affairs, you’ll enjoy being part of the fabric of local life. And with help from our field support network including Training Consultants, Sales Consultants and the local AreaManager, you’ll serve the insurance and financial needs of local members.
For this role you’ll drive and develop new business, promoting and selling NFU Mutual’s award-winning financial products, including pensions, savings and investments. Ambitious,
commercially-minded and brilliant at building profitable working relationships, you’ll already have experience of developing a team, proven sales experience (not necessarily within insurance or finance), plus a degree or equivalent (e.g. ACII qualification). You’ll also need a minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including Maths and English Language.
