Our client is a leader in supplying on Farm nutritional supplements for Beef, Sheep and Dairy. The have a range of instantly recognisable high value brands, supplied direct to farm via a national Sales team. In order to continue with their impressive growth /performance record they now need a :- National Sales Manager.
In order to be considered you will be an experienced Sales Manager, managing a Field Sales team on a Regional or National basis, but looking for that next challenge. A background /knowledge of Agriculture is essential (even though this might be farming background / degree but moved into another sector) More importantly is your strategic vision, your ability to translate and implement current policy and direction into KPIs, with attention to detail ,ensuring your team of first line RSMs are effectivly managing and motivating their Field Sales people.
This is seen as a critical appointment. Candidates must be high energy, open minded, keen to deliver current policy and procedures in the short term whilst bringing further strategic visionary thinking having spent time understanding the business.
