FEED STRAIGHTS TRADER – MIDLANDS

An excellent feed straights trader vacancy has arisen in the midlands with an established and successful feed business. The role is largely office based.

The responsibilities include working closely with the sales team to ensure information is available on straight feed prices and availability, purchasing feed straights for sale and “back to back” purchasing in support of orders, managing some direct customer accounts and, all importantly, achieving margin.

Knowledge of straight feed materials is essential and a broad understanding of UK livestock agriculture. Previous experience of sales to farmers or previous trading experience is required.

The company would prefer to appoint a career minded and ambitious person who can grow into senior management within the business.

The company offers a competitive and negotiable package to include salary and commission. A contribution towards relocation expenses will be offered as required.
