FREE RANGE POULTRY FARM MANAGER NORFOLK
We are looking for an individual capable of managing a large scale free range poultry farm to the pinnacle of farming excellence, the farm will predominantly grow turkey but other poultry species may feature. The person required will need to demonstrate a good knowledge of current growing techniques, operate to the highest standards for both production and welfare, have a proven record of growing poultry through all stages and be capable of working to tight timescales to exceed the customers’ expectations. Ultimately we are looking for a person who has a passion for farming and willing to take a great pride in the product they produce. You will need to be able to inspire your team and keep them driven throughout so as to achieve production targets and be capable of maintaining thorough records and details of flock performance . Applicants will need to have relevant poultry experience, preferably possess a qualification in poultry management but not essential.
