THE ROLE - As an experienced Regional Sales Manager you will develop a lucrative customer base within your region with an emphasis on client retention and account development. You will be armed with a trusted and credible brand, fully funded research and development department and a network of trusted distribution merchants. Be part of an organisation set to significantly increase their market share. You will be given full support in developing your exclusive customer base within your local region and in turn you will lead, motivate and develop your team of Sales Specialists.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED –
* Prior successful sales management experience - Essential.
* A background in crop nutrition is an advantage.
* FACTS certification – Preferred.
* An understanding and passion for agricultural business - Essential
* Successful business to business development within agricultural sector - Preferred.
* Full UK driving licence required – Essential.
