HOPS Labour Solutions Limited is one of the largest providers of temporary labour to horticulture/agriculture and recruits 10,000 employees per year to work on holdings across the UK. Due to a period of development and change we are recruiting for the following new positions.
Operations Manager – circa £35,000 pa
HOPS requires a first class individual with energy, vision and ability to lead and develop an idea and a team. The role requires a first class planner, a person driven by process, with excellent attention to detail and who thrives on responsibility and has a desire to deliver results. Experience of people management, recruitment and strong awareness of IT is an essential requirement. Farming knowledge is not essential but is desirable.
Responsibilities will include:
• Oversee day to day company activities
• Review, develop and scrutinise operational process flows for recruitment and candidate processing
• Management of IT use and development
• Compliance, regulation and formulation of operating standards
• Strategic development
