Bill Davey, former Farmers Weekly Arable Farmer Focus contributor is looking for "Superman", or a close relative of, to assist with general farm duties on 500 ha of the Canterbury Plains on New Zealand's South Island.

The successful applicant will be a key player within a small workforce where attention to detail combined with a tidy work ethic is essential. Fully experienced, main duties would include primary cultivations along with general tractor work and the seasonal assistance with lateral irrigation, as and when required.

Due to a recent change in farm policy we now target dairy support which includes the over wintering of Dairy Cows, hence experience with livestock would be an advantage.
