THE COMPANY - A highly respected and successful Agricultural Machinery Main Dealer with a comprehensive and quality product range to include New Holland (Largest UK Distributor) , Case IH, Kuhn, Manitou, Horstine, Reekie, Simba, Bomford and many others.
THE ROLE - As an experienced Manager, you will be responsible for the overall profitability, management and efficient daily operations of a designated branch. You will have overall responsibility of equipment sales, repairs, retail sales and administration of the branch whilst ensuring you are promoting the company’s image by attracting new customer accounts and maintaining existing customers, armed with a trusted, credible and established company background.
Reporting directly to the Senior Management / Directors you will work from your Dealership and be given great support and resource in further developing your career.
The role requires an individual seeking huge job satisfaction within a forever evolving industry.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Current knowledge of Agricultural, Construction & Horticultural industry and its equipment
- Proven sales experience
- Target driven with the ability to upsell to achieve and exceed targets
- Have the ability where necessary to demonstrate equipment
- Full Driving license is required
- Be analytical and methodical in your approach to problems
- Have good IT skills
- Act with discretion when dealing with matters of a confidential nature
