Assistant Farm Manager
Greens of Soham Ltd, the UK subsidiary of Spearhead International, is a large scale farming company specialising in high quality vegetable production.
Based near Ely, Cambs, assisting the Farm Manager on an arable unit specialising in red beet production. This practical role demands man management and motivational skills, and could be the first step in a farm management career for a suitably experienced or qualified person.
Enthusiasm, a positive outlook, common sense, and a high level of commitment are pre-requisites for both posts.
All necessary training and a farm vehicle will be provided, along with a competitive package dependent on experience. Accommodation is available if required.
