Barenbrug Seeks Inspirational Forage Sales Person

This regional sales manager position is field based with the flexibility to travel when needed.

Location: Midlands, Cheshire or North West based

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic person to join Barenbrug as we expand our business.

The role is to develop and work closely with merchants to facilitate merchant sales to the end user and improvement of our ever expanding merchant network.In your area, you will be responsible for providing technical support and advice on farm and with merchants as well as implementing business plans and monitoring performance.

Alongside our core grass seed products, we have a growing portfolio of products which you will also manage and grow.

Working with new and existing merchants is a key part of the role and developing local business strategies as well as training/product presentations/exhibitions and open days to promote brand awareness are a key part of the role.

What you need
Practical experience and in-depth knowledge of grassland and farm approaches
Good interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills
Good negotiation skills
Flexible approach with the ability to work as a member of a team or as an individual
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office applications
Proven commercial and business awareness.
Full UK driving licence
