Area Sales Manager (Central/South East Region)
John Deere is a leading producer of agricultural and turf equipment with a strong Financial business that provides a range of financial solutions to customers and dealers for John Deere equipment.
Being part of a UK Field Sales team, you will be responsible for managing the dealer sales network including arranging training and coaching on structuring financing of products/services, pro-actively supporting dealers achieve sales targets and managing default cases within guidelines. You will be a high profile support in the agricultural community and as an important team member participate in sales and marketing meetings and events (trade shows/seminars).
You will be expected to have a degree in finance or business administration supported by 3 years work experience in Agricultural, Groundscare or Construction sectors or in Banking/Financial Services industry. A successful proven record of sales, negotiating and conflict resolution is essential along with self-motivation, effective communication skills and analytical ability to interpret detailed financial and accounting information when recommending credit proposals. You will be required to reside in/near to the area.
