We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to manage our Fraserburgh and Huntly Sales. You will be responsible for driving existing customer revenue, as well as identifying and winning new customer business.  It is a fast- paced environment in which you will take ownership of your defined area, ensuring that you and your team are providing outstanding customer service.

Our franchises include but are not limited to Massey Ferguson, JCB, Horsch, KRM, Spearhead and Honda. We pride ourselves on offering the best products and some of the best service response times in the industry.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the day to day sales activities within the Huntly & Fraserburgh depots
• Develop relationships with existing and new customers
• Use our customer relationship management system to log visits, prospects and orders
• Provide full focus on selling main line manufacturers including Massey Ferguson, JCB, Horsch, KRM and Honda.

Experience Required:

• Experience in a previous agricultural sales role preferred with a proven sales history
• Confidence in Microsoft applications and experience of using database software (full training on our system will be provided)
• Excellent communication skills; forward facing at customer level and motivational with the sales team
