Area Sales Manager – Eastern region

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Area Sales Manager to develop the Deutz-Fahr brand in the Eastern region of the UK.

The company is one of the largest tractor manufacturers in Europe and is continuing to grow with an impressive product portfolio. This is a territory based role responsible for increasing the sales of tractors and combine harvesters, developing new initiatives and driving the business to exceed budget expectations.

As an Area Sales Manager your duties will include:

•  Extensive and frequent travel throughout the territory with occasional travel to supplying factories
•  Managing Dealer business plans, objectives and forecasting
•  Development of sales initiatives within the dealer network
• Support of all sales opportunities and demonstrations
• Dealer development and expansion

An ideal Area Sales Manager will hold the following skills and experiences:

•  Be highly motivated and live in the territory
•  Have excellent knowledge of the agricultural machinery industry for both tractors and combines
•  Have excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain and develop new relationships in support of the dealer network
