The Farm:
This large dairy farm seeking a Dairy Farm manager to managed the 250 cow herd which will be expanding to 500. Cows are currently yielding 10,000 litres and you will have 5 other works on the farm. This is a fantastic opportunity for any farm manager to aspire to

The Role:
Daily jobs will include organising the other workers in their daily routine to a high standard. You will be responsible for driving milk production in an efficient and cost-effective manner with the necessary sign off from the owner on all costs.

The Applicant:
Previous experience of managing a farm is desirable as well as excellent husbandry skills. Driving Licence is essential.

Accommodation:
3 bedroomed house on the farm.

This is a contract position, where a successful person will operate as an agency worker with Farm Solutions. This means that the person will not have sub-contractor responsibilities and all statutory tax deductions and payments will be made by Farm Solutions on their behalf. Hourly pay operates, which includes paying for overtime hours worked.
