Business Management Consultant

Location: England and Wales

Salary: Negotiable

ADAS is seeking to recruit experienced Business Management specialists in England and Wales. Your work will include working with directly with farmers and growers, large corporate companies and Governments. You can also expect to be involved in policy work such as Brexit.

Though a business specialist you will be expected to have a basic understanding of the technical aspects of farming for example, soils, nutrient planning, resource efficiency.

This is a permanent position subject to a probation period however we are open to flexible working arrangements.  The remuneration package will reflect your level of expertise and the experience you will bring to the role. We seek consultants who have established networks and contacts with farmers, growers and others in their rural community. We are looking for people who are motivated, prepared to develop their own contacts and turn these into commercial work. Working as part of a small team you will be encouraged to develop your own personal profile.
