We require a reliable and competent relief herdsperson to back up two herd managers operating two autumn calving herds on a traditional family owned Estate in Hampshire with dairy, arable and property enterprises. 

The two herds each comprise 200 autumn calved cows milking through 20:20 parlours and are housed in cubicles and rotational paddock grazed.  The person will cover relief duties, milking on holidays and days off, for the two herd managers, two weekends per month only.  The work will amount to 180 days per annum and there are plenty of other opportunities to pick up other relief work locally.  Contacts can be provided to help with this.
