We are working with a highly regarded independent firm of Rural Chartered Surveyors operating throughout Yorkshire, with a wide range of services from property to agricultural professional services. This is a smaller firm with a brilliant reputation for working with a close-knit team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious MRICS Rural Surveyor looking for a promising career path for the future. This exciting role would suit someone with a passion for all aspects of agriculture. The role offers a mixed workload including, sales, tenancies, valuation, development, compulsory purchase and basic payment schemes.
The Candidate:
MRICS qualified and FAAV favourable but not essential.
Strong written and communication skills
Experienced in farm and rural agency.
Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Organised and good diary management
Adaptable to a wide range of work.
