Sustainable Crop Nutrition, Biostimulants and Soil Conditioners

First Year OTE in the region of £46K, with opportunities to grow and travel within an Anglo/Sino global company.

Salary of £30k base plus Performance related Bonus, plus car and usual benefits. Either Home based or operating from our new European HQ in Bournemouth.

This would ideally suit experienced business development managers, who are able to develop business opportunities, and secure new business from commercial wholesale and retail businesses within the agriculture, horticulture and amenity markets.

Full training and technical support will be provided on our specific range of products for our BDM’s and for the sales staff of our wholesale and retail customer accounts.

We are specifically looking for driven individuals who are committed to ultimately helping UK and Irish growers improve their productivity and marketable yield, while also maintaining a healthy and vibrant eco system, and with less reliance on chemicals and water.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Demonstrable sales ability and experience in business development
  • Consultancy experience in agriculture, horticulture and amenity markets
  • Commercial experience and flare for building customer loyalty
  • Determination, resilience, and a desire to succeed within this market
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentations)
  • Able to develop long term business partners within their designated territory
  • FACTS and BASIS not essential but advantageous

    We are looking for up to five B2B sales BDM’s, covering the UK and Ireland

  • Southern region (below M4 and River Thames)
  • Western region (above M4 to the Scottish border – Including Wales)
  • Eastern region (above the Thames to the Scottish border)
  • Scotland
  • Republic of Ireland plus Northern Ireland
