Commercial Finance Manager

We are working on a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious Commercial Finance Manager to join a leading producer of soft fruit. This is a profit-centred and operationally facing role that will see you becoming a key member of the organisation. Key responsibilities:
As Commercial Finance Manager you'll provide decision support, analysis and business partnering across the whole organisation. You'll do this by producing rolling costs of production, preparing detailed monthly cost and margin analysis, supporting profit centres in their capital budgeting exercise and performing the lead role in co-ordination of annual budgets. You will also be working with business intelligence software to help the team drive forward automated reporting and real time analysis for the farms.

Key requirements:
We are looking for candidates who are ambitious, passionate and have a strong commercial grasp. It is essential that you are ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with experience of working in a fast-paced environment such as wholesale, retail or consumer markets. You will also need an advanced knowledge of Excel, including modelling, and strong reporting and analytical skills. Ideally, you will have also worked for a family business previously and understand the entrepreneurial nature of how these businesses are run.
