Rural Surveyor

An opportunity has arisen to join an expanding agency team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of the team within a smaller firm. The company has a brilliant reputation for providing specialist services for landowners, farmers and property owners alongside other professional advisors.

The opportunity exists for an MRICS qualified ambitious Rural Chartered Surveyor to strengthen the growing team of successful Surveyors. The role will be varied and consists of a diverse range of rural practice.

The Job:

Planning and valuations
Compulsory purchase and compensation
Tenancies, auctions, rent reviews and lease reviews
Offering technical and professional advice.
Advising on legal issues.
Dealing with some of the best clients in the market.
Professional networking
Negotiating

The Candidate:

MRICS qualified
FAAV qualified (not essential)
Driven and skilled at negotiating
Great networker
Credible in all matters concerning agricultural property.
Knowledge of rural land management
Able to work individually or as a team player.
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
