We require a highly experienced herdsperson to take full day-to-day control of a high yielding herd in West Wiltshire.  The herd is loose housed, TMR fed and milked through a 12:12 Herringbone, average yields are 9500 litres/cow. 

The herdsperson is well supported by farm staff who undertake bedding and feeding and regular time off is covered by a local relief.  DIY AI and foot trimming are desirable as is the capability to keep accurate records and liaise with the vet and nutritionist. 

A good package is offered with an attractive 3-bedroom centrally heated bungalow a short distance from the dairy unit.
