As a member of a highly motivated national trials team, you will be responsible for efficient and high quality biological evaluation of new and existing products. You will carry out efficacy and selectivity registration trials in a wide range of crops in either Yorkshire or Kent. Your role will be pivotal in the continuation of our success in bringing new and innovative crop protection solutions to the market.
In addition to your trials work you will become involved in cross functional project team meetings and work with other areas of the business to contribute to the commercialisation of products. Previous trials experience and the BASIS Certificate in Crop Protection are desirable, along with a practical knowledge of agronomy. You should be able to balance your team-working skills, deliver high quality trials, meet deadlines and pay attention to detail. Relevant NPTC application certificates are also essential, as is a degree in a relevant subject.
You will need to live within easy access of the territory, relocation assistance will be offered where appropriate. Applicants for the Kent role with little trials experience will be required to spend a year in Suffolk for training before moving to their territory in Kent.
