UK Sales Manager – Animal Health & Equipment

De Lacy Executive seek an experienced UK Sales Manager to join a well-established, reputable business within the agricultural, animal health and equipment sector. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager you will lead a sales team who are based throughout the UK who supply B2B across all sectors.

Ideal candidates will possess a high level of sales and account service skills, strong commercial acumen, a good knowledge of UK agriculture and equine sectors is desirable but not essential. You will ideally have proven account management experience with the ability to work to stretching sales targets and people management.

This is a home-based role within the UK, candidates must be willing to travel within the UK sales territory therefore located near an airport or main road networks would be ideal.

Candidate Requirements;

• Proven account management experience will be a strong advantage.
• Ability to achieve sales and gross margin targets.
• Team management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
• Experience of building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on end user needs.
• Full UK driving licence.

Remuneration: A competitive salary and benefits package is offered depending on experience and qualifications.
