Field/Office based

Reporting to the Director of Marketing your role will be focussed on the strategic and tactical business requirements related to the Cereal Crops Portfolio in order to meet operational and commercial objectives ensuring growth of profit and market share for all grades of cereal seed to the licenced merchant trade and internal salesforces.

Candidates should demonstrate creative thinking ideally having developed and executed innovative approaches to sales campaigns whilst in sales or marketing roles within the agricultural industry. An effective communicator at all levels you will possess the energy and commitment to make a real difference. It will also be important to understand arable production and market trends applying this insight to support the continuing growth of this strategically important business area.
