Livestock Genetics Territory Manager

DESCRIPTION:

A Livestock Genetics Territory Manager is wanted by a successful  European Genetics business in South West England

The candidate will need to be a Dairy Cow person. Understand dairy cows and how breeding can affect performance. Have an ability to identify the farmers’ objectives and develop a strategy to help them achieve this by introducing the right programme for their farm. In a changing dairy farming industry, a self-starting and dynamic individual candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of dairy herd profitability and need to  demonstrate a successful farmer  empathy to profitable milk production

You will need to be commercially focused to achieve individual targets as agreed monthly/annually. In return you will receive a complete ongoing training programme on product knowledge and business development techniques.

This role is ideally suited to someone with dairy herd management experience and either an outgoing personality with good communication skills along with drive and enthusiasm or has had previous sales experience.

REMUNERATION:
Good base salary plus bonus scheme and car.

LOCATION:

 Home based in  either Devon or Cornwall
