Job Details

An enthusiastic and able marketing coordinator is needed to take up a very varied position with a successful and growing international agribusiness. The role will focus on marketing a range of innovate livestock products to farmers, merchants, and agricultural dealers across the UK and Ireland. Joining an established marketing team, the role will be based at the head office in Lincolnshire. There will be career progression opportunities within this dynamic and vibrant business.

This role could suit an ambitious and able marketing assistant or marketing executive, who is now ready for the next career step.

Responsibilities will include:-

·         Strategic market planning – branding, campaigns, comms, budgeting

·         Events – Technical events, tradeshows and farmer meetings

·         Multi-channel communications – advertising, direct communications, blogs, sponsorship, newsletters

·         Media communications and relations – working with PR agency

·         Content – gathering, generation

·         Website management – and twitter

·         Database management – customer, contact

·         Production of marketing collateral – merchandise, literature, clothing, gifting, etc

·         Marketing support and meetings - as required

Candidate requirements:-

·         Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications (or Agriculture) or a recognised marketing qualification.  

·         Two years of experience in marketing including content management, creative writing, advertising, PR and events.

·         Some knowledge of UK agriculture and farming would be helpful but is not essential.  

·         Task driven with solid organisational skills and detail oriented.

·         Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

·         Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.

·         Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.

·         Proficient in IT including Microsoft Office, Photoshop and web editing packages
