WHAT’S THE TERRITORY FOR THIS ROLE? South East England & East Anglia

TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE ROLE? A home-based position with responsibility for the management and growth of sales within the assigned territory via an established dealer network. The role reports to the UK Sales Director and will be part of a team of fellow sales professionals covering the UK.


WHAT QUALITIES DO I NEED? 

  • We will need to see an excellent track record of commercial success, ideally within an agricultural machinery B2B environment, but if you are a successful retail professional or are a top performer in a related sector (construction equipment for example) and you think you have what it takes then we’d like to hear from you!
  • You’ll demonstrate previous success in achieving and exceeding targets in a commercial framework, and have evidence of positive growth / market share increase
  • Demonstrate that you are highly numerate, can present professional commercial proposals and are familiar with finance tools to facilitate business
  • You’ll have a strong sense of motivation and personal ambition to succeed: tell us about your relationship building skills and ability to communicate, shake hands on a deal and get a buzz from selling
  • Do you have a hands-on and practical attitude, capable of demonstrating machinery to a high standard?
  • Do you have a strategic overview of the dealership and agricultural machinery manufacturer sector?
  • You’ll have a decent understanding of agriculture
  • Good all-round IT skills are required, especially with MS Office
  • You will need a flexible approach to working hours where required, i.e. for shows, exhibitions, factory visits etc
  • A healthy desire to provide your dealers with first-class support, drive and encouragement to succeed should be evident in your CV and in conversation with you
  • Located in the South-East / East Anglia / Home Counties, your driving licence should be clean and you’ll be comfortable with travelling
