Job Details
De Lacy executive is seeking a Trainee Sales Manager to join a successful and established sales team within a highly reputable feed manufacturer and supplier in the UK. This is a great opportunity for either someone with existing sales experience or someone currently working in practical farming, looking to take the step into the commercial side of the industry. The territory will be Derby to Cheshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity which will lead to a field-based sales role involving selling to existing clients, generating new business and providing technical support on farm therefore a keen interest in ruminant nutrition would be a distinct advantage.
Candidate Requirements:
- IT literate
- Full UK driving licence
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Relevant agricultural experience
- A relevant agricultural qualification would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Credibility with farmers
- Previous sales experience would be an advantage
