Estate Maintenance Groundsperson

Godolphin is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Estate Maintenance Groundsperson to join its team, which maintains a combined area of 2,000 acres at Godolphin’s two racing stables, Moulton Paddocks and Godolphin Stables, in Newmarket.

You must have a good working knowledge of modern agricultural machinery and it would be an advantage for this to include paddock maintenance and grass cutting. Telehandler, chainsaw and spraying experience is essential and refresher training will be provided. A clean driving licence is also required.

As the ideal candidate, you will be self-motivated with a hardworking and diligent attitude to your daily tasks. You will take great pride in your work, be keen to learn new skills and undertake training as required. A flexible attitude to working hours is vital, as weekend work will be necessary on a rota basis.
