Harvester Operator/Team Leader

Experienced machinery operator and team leader sought to join our harvesting team, operating and maintaining a modern self-propelled harvester along with day-to-day management of the harvest operation and team.

The applicant is expected to show a high level of attention to detail and will be expected to plan and prioritise daily workload effectively, a team player with good communication skills who can confidently manage operations and staff within tight deadlines while upholding high standards of machine operation, maintenance, record keeping and safety.

The successful applicant must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and enjoy striving for continuous improvement, previous management experience would be an advantage.
