TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE ROLE? The successful candidate will be responsible for the Broiler unit of 300,000 birds. You will have proven management experience gained within the poultry industry. You will be focused on results and keen to contribute towards a positive and successful team.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Achieve high production standards
• Cost control, developing and maintaining agreed budgets
• Implement company policies and procedures
• Develop efficient and consistent processes across all production areas
• Health and Safety, Quality Control, Animal Welfare and Biosecurity
• Training and development of your Team
• Encourage ongoing preventative measures

WHAT QUALITIES DO I NEED?

• Must have excellent knowledge of the poultry Industry
• Must have people management experience
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Be flexible in their approach to getting the job done
• Possess a proven record of achieving targets
