Feed Sales Specialist - South West Yorkshire

De Lacy Executive has been retained to seek a Field Sales Specialist within the livestock nutrition sector to join a successful, well established business for the South West Yorkshire territory. Our client is a very successful livestock feed manufacturer that is well respected within the industry.

This is a field based role that will involve managing existing feed accounts, gaining new business and providing technical support on and off farm. We are seeking candidates that share this ethos and have the personal ambition, drive and enthusiasm to help our client achieve these goals.

Candidates will have previous sales experience in the sector and know the territory well. The role is based within an established area; the successful applicant will be responsible for serving existing clients and opening up new accounts.

Requirements:

• Previous experience selling feeds or blends to livestock farmers - direct farm sales experience is essential.
• Ability to build long-lasting business relationships.
• Ideally have an understanding of ruminant nutrition.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work autonomously.
• Ambition and determination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid UK driving license.
