Commercial Development Agronomist- North West

A Career developing position offering significant support and development to become Commercial Agronomist. The Commercial Agronomist will lead and develop agronomic input to the Company's products and services at the distributor and farm levels.

A truly unique opportunity to develop a career in commercial research and product development Agronomy, this will involve a 2 year development support and training programme.

You will be working for one of the worlds best known and successful Crop Nutrition Businesses. This role is based at their UK Head Quarters in the North West England. This company are at the forefront of innovative product development and you will be an intrinsic part of that.

The Person:

• Excellent communicator, ability to build relationships.
• Persuasive, with an ability to take complex technical messages and turn them in to a language that can be used by everyone
• A Team player - thriving and enjoying in everyone's success
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Graduate level (BSc or above as a minimum).
• Several years' experience in a relevant position.
• Confident and resilient.
• Excellent Arable and Grassland knowledge and skills.

This is likely to suite someone who has undertaken 2-5 years of agronomy, either commercially or in research following their relevant degree and is now ready to focus that experience into a career of commercial crop nutrition agronomy support
