A superb opportunity has arisen on our client’s large, mixed organic farm in Wiltshire for a committed assistant herdsperson ideally with some milking and machinery experience, however enthusiasm, a team mentality and a desire to succeed are vital. We can offer excellent facilities which in turn provide superb working conditions & cow welfare and include:

• 24/24 DeLaval with ACR’s installed Dec 2015

• Auto Dip and Flush, Auto Feeding, Milk Meters and Conductivity

• Purpose built loose housing sheds put up 2015

• TMR fed and paddock grazed

• SumIt recording and QMMS milk records

• Autumn bias but CAYR yields circa 5500ltrs

• Auto ID and shedding
