Job Details
Our client is a leading development professional who specialises in acquiring rural land for the proposed use of residential buildings and renewable energy farms. Due to expansion in their team, they are seeking a land acquisition agent who has a rural background to cover this nationwide role.
This role would be suitable for individuals who have a farming or rural background or are in agricultural sales who are confident to liaise with farm land owners, build relationships and discuss agreements for land use. Whilst a sales background would be beneficial, those looking to branch out and use their rural skillset would be encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided.
As an Ideal Candidate you will have:
- A valid full UK Driving Licence.
- A Self-Motivated attitude with exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence people and confidence in a public facing role.
- Rural experience or agricultural sales background.
- An interest to travel extensively throughout UK.
