As part of a financially strong, diverse group that includes manufacturing and the supply of a wide range of agricultural products and services to farmers Wynnstay Group offers its customers the full range of arable products and provides a consistent approach to delivering outstanding customer service.
Reporting directly to the Field Sales Director, this multi-faceted role will be primarily responsible for trading arable products including but not limited to combinable crop and forage seed and fertiliser etc., purchase grain and generate arable business by developing new and existing sales opportunities. You will also be required to manage some aspects of the local commercial activity and develop strong relationships to identify commercial opportunities for the Arable Business.
To be successful you must be adept at identifying commercial opportunities. Strong management skills and practical knowledge of the arable farming sector will be critical to the role. Candidates must share our client’s passion for developing long term relationships, customer service and supporting their customers to maximize returns in this changing marketplace.
