De Lacy Executive are searching for a professional and driven individual to join a Ruminant technical support team based in the East Midlands. Working for an outstanding business with a reputation for global success, the right candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in product and business development as well as marketing and promotion for the complete product range within that sector.

The varied role will include supporting customers through technical back-up, routine formulation and nutritional advice. Through day to day contact you will increase brand awareness, identify new business opportunities and develop existing customer relationships.

The opportunity to be involved in the development of technical innovations and solutions to the benefit of the market is particularly exciting. This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to develop their nutritional/technical knowledge, with marketing and sales skills developing over time.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with product and market development.
• Provide ongoing technical support to key customers.
• Work with the Marketing Manager to raise the profile of the relevant ruminant brands.
• Keep up to date with current market trends and changes.
• Actively seek out relevant business opportunities.

Requirements:

• A relevant degree.
• Experience in ruminant nutrition.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• IT literate.
• A full UK driving licence.

Remuneration:

• A competitive salary dependant on experience.
