Experienced Arable Operator

Jeremy Green & Sons is a family run arable farm covering approximately 2000 acres near Alcester, Warwickshire. A full time position has become available for an Experienced Arable Operator whose main duties will include spraying, fertiliser spreading, combine harvesting and drilling as well as general farm duties. The applicant must have good workshop experience and be flexible with their role. This full time position will require a candidate to be enthusiastic and hardworking, have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to use their own initiative within a small friendly team. A strong ethic of health and safety is also essential. Forklift truck and spraying certificates will be required.   

The farm uses modern equipment and has strong ambitions to grow and build for the future.

A highly competitive remuneration package appropriate to experience is available.
