The company is able to offer cattle and Dairy farmers a full portfolio of compounds and blends. There is a small  customer base and tonnage to take over in the area

Enthusiastic candidates with a successful track record of sales to farm will need to demonstrate their credibility in talking “cows” to dairy farmers. Probably a  dairy cow enthusiast who will be fully conversant with ruminant formulations and feeding high yielding dairy cows. In a changing farming industry, a self-starting and dynamic individual that will demonstrate to farmers winning farm business empathy plus enjoys selling.

Computer literacy, excellent livestock knowledge and good communication skills plus an outgoing personality are required as a minimum. The successful candidate will have strong inter-personal skills including the ability to develop effective working relationships, be able to work on their own initiative and in a team. They should also be organized with a can do attitude, prioritize and organise work to meet deadlines, have excellent attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills

An agricultural qualification would be considered advantageous but not essential for the right candidate. The ability to speak Welsh conversationally would be advantageous.

Herdspersons with at least five years experience on-farm milking experience and some college or university background would be considered for the role.
