I am looking for two people to cover the South East and North West territories due to expansion for an innovative, market leading genetics company in the UK. If you are qualified in AI and looking to develop a career in the genetics industry this could be position for you as this company can offer significant progression and career opportunities for the right person.

This role will involve covering the given territory offering precision training and providing excellent breeding advice service, developing a reproduction plan with clients.

You will need to be an excellent communicator with a strong practical background, particularly in the dairy sector with the ability to build long term relationships with farmers.

You will be:

• Monitoring heat cycles, delivering an effective insemination plan for the herds.
• Compiling and maintaining accurate fertility data and herd reports.
• Working closely with the client, veterinarians and nutritionists to deliver an excellent service to the farm.

About you:

• AI qualified, with experience out on farm.
• It literate with excellent organisation skills.
• The ability to build rapport and relationships with people.
• Team player, the ability to work autonomously.
• Self-motivated.
