To support their high service focus our client now requires an Arable Sales Specialist and Grain Buyer to drive further growth across East Anglia to ensure their continued success in this sector. As part of a financially strong, diverse group that includes logistics and the supply of a wide range of agricultural products and services to farmers our client offers its customers the full agricultural seed range and grain marketing services whilst providing a consistent approach to delivering outstanding customer service.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this multi-faceted role will be primarily responsible for trading arable products, seed and the purchase of grain and generate arable business by developing new and existing sales opportunities. As well as taking over a loyal customer base you will also be required to manage some aspects of the local commercial activity and develop strong relationships to identify commercial opportunities for the Arable Business.
To be successful you must be adept at identifying commercial opportunities. Strong relationship building skills and practical knowledge of the arable farming sector will be critical to the role. Candidates must share our client’s passion for developing long term relationships, customer service and supporting their customers to maximize returns in this changing marketplace.
