Vitacress is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of fresh produce, specialising in Watercress, Salads and Fresh Herbs.

Vitacress Salads have seasonal vacancies for skilled farm workers to join the Seasonal Growing Team at our Farm in Pewsey.

Skilled vacancies include:

Tractor Drivers

Irrigators

Spray Operators

All roles are seasonal, usually between March and October each year on a fixed term basis:

• All roles report into the Farm Manager who will give out the daily tasks deemed necessary for the production of all baby leaf crops, within the constraints of good horticulture practice.
• Roles include:

• Bedforming
• Irrigation of crops
• Crop Spraying
• Harvesting

• Essential skills include a full clean driving licence and in the role of Spray Operator, PA1/PA2 training is an essential requirement. 
• Experience of tractor driving is essential, and experience of using a range of farm machinery would be beneficial. 
• All applicants should be enthusiastic and have good interpersonal and communication skills.

The farm works on a 40 hour week over 6 days, and there is guaranteed overtime during the season.
