About Our Client

We are working with one of the leading Fresh Produce business in the country. They are a growing business with lots of potential for people to grow and develop however they are looking for someone to come in and work within their Seed Sales team.

About the Job

This role is an important position within their Seed Sales team. You will be responsible for generating new sales with growers outside of their networks. You will be managing the whole sales process from start to finish and will need to keep in close contact with your customers. You will be working under one of the senior managers and will have the chance to learn from them as well

The Ideal Candidate

You will ideally have some level sales experience, preferably selling seeds to UK Growers. However, a background within Agriculture and being able to deal effectively with Farmers is crucial. You will need to be in close communication with a number of internal stakeholders, so the ability to operate in a structured and focused way is important. You will need to be able to commute to Lincoln once a week.
