About our Client
Our client is a world-leading rose breeder and grower, that have been established for nearly 60 years. They still have their initial business values at heart and are looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual to join the team.
About the Role
You will be working in a small, but dedicated team of breeders. You will be working as a part of a team on pre-breeding and breeding projects. You will be responsible for maintaining trials and breeding lines and updating records. Other duties will include seed sowing, transplanting, and watering. You will also be happy to support in other aspects of nursery work.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have worked with plants in some format before. Appreciation for horticulture is essential, but full training in the breeding department can be given. Motivation is key, and you must have an eye for detail.
