WORKING WORKSHOP MANAGER – RUTLAND

Irelands Farm Machinery Ltd, an established business group expanding with a new Depot in the Rutland Area.

This person would be responsible for running our Rutland Workshop department. Duties include being a working manager in the first instance with view to increasing staffing levels, liaising with customers and promoting the business within this area. This position is for someone who is ambitious with a high degree of self-motivation, and for the right person there is a genuine prospect of further promotion. A knowledge of tractors and agricultural machinery is essential. You will be responsible to the overall Group Workshop Manager.

An ideal Agricultural Workshop Manager will hold the following skills and experiences:

– Experience in the Agricultural Machinery Industry (Essential)

– Self Starter with a professional attitude

– IT Literate

– Driving Licence

If a suitable applicant applies the role also has scope to become Branch manager of the Rutland Depot and oversee how this premises operates.
