Experienced Arable Operator

This Family-owned arable Farm in North West Essex requires an enthusiastic and experienced operator to join their small team. The ring-fenced Farm extends to 1900 acres and grows high yielding combinable crops.

The Farm is well equipped with fixed equipment and machinery including a Claas 760TT, JD7310 on tracks & a Knight self-propelled sprayer all using RTK guidance.

The chosen candidate will be able to work to a very high standard, undertake all duties, hold a full clean driving licence, PA1, PA2, NRoSO, rough terrain forklift and other relevant certificates.

The position requires good communication skills and a great attention to detail.

The role includes combining, drilling, spraying, fertiliser application, cultivations etc.  Good workshop skills are essential.
