Norfolk FWAG is the leading agri-environment focused organisation and registered Charity in Norfolk. We are looking for applicants for the role of Managing Director to lead Norfolk FWAG and its staff. The Managing Director has overall executive authority, including financial, strategic and operational responsibility, reporting to the Board of Trustees of Norfolk FWAG.

You will have a strong interest and experience in the environment, excellent business skills, an ability to manage budgets, have experience of sourcing project work and grants and be able to communicate effectively, building alliances with farmers, staff, government agencies and other partners.
