Operations Supervisor

Dampneys Agri Environmental are a large waste management and Agricultural Contracting company with a main focus on the haulage, stockpiling and spreading of Biosolid Fertiliser within the Water Industry. 

We are looking for a hands on Operations Supervisor to co-ordinate the stockpiling and spreading of Biosolids in our South Wiltshire/ Dorset/ Somerset area. 

Will be required to operate a fleet of modern,  large plant and agricultural machinery. 250hp Tractors, Bunning HBD spreaders, 13 ton Excavators.

Ensuring the Maintenance and cleanliness of machinery is very important. 

Some admin work required, entering and checking timesheets and spreading records etc.

This is a customer facing role so previous experience working in a small team ensuring customer satisfaction is necessary.

Working pattern is 6 days per week including 1 weekend day on a rota.

Salaried position which includes a 70 reg L200 pickup, fuel card and a phone allowance. 

HGV C licence, Digicard and DCPC an advantage however we can provide training for the right candidate.

Salary £30k to £35k depending on qualifications / skills / licences and experience.

Extra bonuses available. 28 days holiday per year.
