Agricultural Service Advisor

We’ve got some exciting changes in the works. A second depot in South West Wales and the relocation of our Bibury team to a custom built site near Kemble. As a result of these changes we have several opportunities to join us. 

 
Job Function

Point of contact with the customer to attend, consult and keep him informed during the machine maintenance and repair service processes, from reception to delivery and after-repair follow-up.

Take calls and prospect for work managing and overseeing the workshop’s workflow and scheduling process, including mobile service coordination.

The ideal candidate

• Have extensive knowledge of agriculture industry, technical service and parts business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate equally well with mechanics, customers and senior management.
• Conflict management skills
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of Deere and Dealer service-related systems
• Good IT skills with the ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Chrome.
